LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION LEADERS 
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Must be experienced in all phases
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
• Works as a team member
• Directs activities of a team
• Operates wide range of equipment
• Own transportation to and from work
• Valid driver’s license
• Good horticultural knowledge
• Hardscape experience

LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE LEADERS
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Must have strong knowledge of proper mowing practices
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
• Works as a team member
• Directs activities of a team
• Operates walk behinds, standers, push mowers, and weed wackers
• Own transportation to and from work
• Valid driver’s license
